CxPlus AI is founded by Nazim Uddin and Bishwajit Purkaystha. We are both software engineers at Meta, and we first got to know each other through the same university community. Over time, we kept coming back to the same problem: companies hear from customers every day, through reviews, support tickets, surveys, and social channels — but most of that feedback still gets buried or reviewed too late. We started CxPlus AI to help teams make better sense of those signals and act on them faster.
